We have designed a new model that meets several needs that we have experienced from you, our riders. This bike is not constrained by conventional bike design! The Yonder uses new, modern specifications that improve the overall riding experience for larger and often taller cyclists Hybrid Bike.

Our new model is so different from our other bikes, we can’t wait to hear what you think!
Like all of our custom designed and built Zize bikes, these have extreme weight capacity, aircraft grade chromoly steel frames, hydraulic disc brakes, double-bolted seat posts and custom built wheels.
Unlike the other bikes, however, the Yonder has been upgraded in many ways that have created, to put it mildly, a Herculean bike that will have you making excuses all day long why you just have to keep riding. So what’s new?
Size of the hub
The hub is the mechanism located in the center of your bike’s wheels. Hub size is important! Why, you ask? It’s all about the job they do. The front hub is designed to allow the 29ers Bike to turn, which is pretty simple, right? The rear hub is a little more complicated, because its job is to allow the wheel to spin freely and transmit the force of pedaling directly to the rear wheel.
On the A New Leaf XG and Time of your Life XG, the front hub is 100mm in diameter and the rear hub is 135mm. However, on the Yonder, we increased the width, significantly improving the strength of the wheel and steering response. The front hub measures 135 mm and the rear hub 170 mm. This increase in size means a better response to your inputs. These are strong hubs that can carry a Zize rider all day long.
With the redesign of our entire ZIZE bike line in 2022, we are able to significantly improve our e-bike models. Our previous bike models had a rear hub with internal gears that required the use of a front wheel motor.
With our new bike versions, we are able to use a mid-drive, which has several advantages:
It feels more natural as the motor transfers the power of your body to the chain and “pushes” you, so you feel like you are riding with extremely strong legs instead of being “pulled” with a front hub motor.
Both the front and rear wheels are easily removable. The drive system is fully contained within the frame of the bike.
Lower center of gravity for more stability.
More efficient because the mid-drive uses the bike’s derailleur to change gears. Selecting a lower gear through the derailleur makes climbing hills a breeze.
Simplified and easier to read display.
Expanded programming of drive system options.
Extensive availability to shorten our lead times.
